Cannabis in Bulgaria – Laws
Bulgarian legislation does not allow the use of cannabis even for medical purposes. The use, cultivation, import, export and control of cannabis is generally illegal and regulated by the Bulgarian Narcotic Substances and Precursors Control Act (NSPCA).
The NSPCA provides a general prohibition on the production, processing, trading, storage, import, export, re-export, transit, transfer, transport, supply, acquisition, use and possession of the plants.
The police on the other hand do not however implement the law, as they are very corrupt, also offering money before one is asked to give is generally not a good idea. So the better suggestion would be: not to smoke outdoors, nor in a car!

Night clubs and discos are a nice place to start searching; all things considered, visit sites such as the Marine Park or in the centrum.. And as always perceive the environment with your senses.. smell is the best lead, you might just stumble on someone who is completely high usually around the ages 15-21 years
